At Natural Minds we offer treatments for a variety of issues be they causes of anxiety such as specific fears to developing techniques to assist you in reaching personal goals or ambitions. In some cases, hypnotherapy can be used as a complementary treatment to known physical conditions such as the menopause.


Most presenting issues can be treated in three sessions but some issues may require a longer course of treatment.

We offer a comprehensive weight loss programme that is scheduled over 6 weeks. Each session will explore how you can find new ways to cope with stress in life without using food.


Anxiety can be a crippling condition for many people but Hypnotherapy can help you on your journey to relieve the many symptoms of anxiety. There are many symptoms of anxiety, for example, feeling nervous, difficulty in concentrating, tiredness, headache and many other symptoms. At Natural Minds we offer a comprehensive plan for tackling anxiety, including looking at lifestyle changes and an holistic view of anxiety and how Hypnotherapy and lifestyle changes can work together to beat Anxiety.

We offer an Anxiety Hypnotherapy course, which usually lasts for around 6 sessions but some clients can benefit from a shorter course, depending on the severity of their anxiety. Our Anxiety course is structured to help you look at anxiety, it's causes and how it can be managed going forward in your life. The course looks at Anxiety holistically and uses both Hypnotherapy scripts and lifestyle changes to reach the goal of managing your anxiety. 


Many people pick up many habits through life and hypnotherapy can help to manage these habits and get them under control. Habits, such as nail biting, pulling your hair and teeth grinding, can all benefit from the use of hypnosis techniques. 


Most habits require about 3 sessions to see a noticeable behavioural change and our plan will help you look at your habit and any lifestyle changes we can suggest to help you relax and life a calmer, more relaxing life. 


Public speaking can be tough and if it’s part of your job, for example, it’s unavoidable for some people. Hypnotherapy can help with public speaking, so you feel calm and confident once again.
