Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed; that unfortunately, life can get in the way. Sadly, we cannot accommodate late cancellations or missed appointments for any reason. Therefore, we respectfully ask you to observe our cancellation policy.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling of appointments is required or the full session fee will be charged.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to take that appointment. We hope you understand that these policies are in place to protect the practice and our clients. Thank you and we appreciate your understanding in these situations.
