Here are a few numbers of charities and organisations that offer help, either via a chat line or on their website. 
 

  • The Samaritans are available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who’s struggling with life. Call for free on 116 123.

  • The NHS website has some great tips for managing mental health.

  • For eating disorder support Beat offer helplines and web-chat services 365 days a year.

​

  • Help for people abused in childhood can be found at NAPAC.

​

  • Mind offer general Mental Health tips and advice.

​

  • For help with bereavement, Cruse.

​

  • And finally, for everything anxiety related then head over to Anxiety UK.
